SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

SHIPMENT Goods are shipped at the consignee's expense and via the postal service chosen at the time of ordering.

ADDITIONAL SHIPMENTS. If it is impossible to process the order with a single shipment Zanutto Mauro will arrange for subsequent shipments as soon as possible. Nothing is due for one or more subsequent shipments as long as the order is placed at the same time and with the same form.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS. The parcel will be delivered to the address indicated (and stated on the shipping form), which must provide the forwarding agent with all information to find the location easily. Therefore, please consider the following:

-1. The delivery of products takes place mainly during office hours, usually in the morning, sometimes at lunchtime.
-2. make sure that there is easy access to the home, with the name indicated on the order clearly written on the doorbell and/or mailbox.
-3. if you are not sure whether there is someone there to receive the parcels, it is advisable to have them brought to your place of work, a relative, an acquaintance, etc.
-4. If the customer is absent, after a further delivery attempt, which usually takes place the next day, a notice will be left and the customer must telephone the forwarder's office and arrange for a new delivery. Or, if this is not possible, he may collect the goods from the warehouse within 5 days. In the latter case, the consignee must be provided with the slip left on the first delivery by the forwarding agent or with a document and/or other information that can be used to identify him with certainty.
-5. It is not possible to be notified by the forwarding agent by telephone shortly before delivery, while it is possible to ask the company Zanutto Mauro to send an e-mail when the items are dispatched from the warehouse, which takes place about 4 days before delivery to the customer, but the latter can only be established with an approximate accuracy of about 24 hours. The express service (J+1) allows greater accuracy.
